What the email is asking.

Someone built a backend for you on Apito Cloud. They cannot put it on your bill without this step. You pick (or create) a workspace, confirm the plan, and add a card.

  1. Day 1

    Sandbox starts

    Freelancer creates a Freelance Project. Apito provisions a bounded sandbox. The 30-day trial clock starts now — not when you accept.

  2. By Day 7

    You accept and add a card

    Review who built it, which plan they chose, the monthly price, the first charge date, and how to cancel. Add a payment method. You become Primary Owner immediately.

  3. Day 30

    First charge

    Paddle bills the original Day 30. Accepting on Day 7 does not grant another 30 days. Cancel before first charge if you do not want the backend.

After you accept

  • You are Primary Owner. Billing sits on your workspace.
  • The freelancer becomes Project Admin. You may keep, downgrade, or remove them.
  • Database and API endpoint stay put. This is not a migrate/export. Supabase project transfer moves the project between orgs; this changes who pays without moving the runtime.
  • Ignore Day 7 and the sandbox freezes. Data stays recoverable for a documented window.
