Pick a template, name the project, choose the plan the client will pay, and send the client email. Apito provisions a bounded sandbox on Day 1.

Client signs in, reviews identity, plan, price, Day-30 charge date, and cancellation terms, then adds a payment method.

Client becomes Primary Owner. You stay Project Admin unless they change that. First charge stays on the original Day 30.
Client Handover is a feature of Free, Pro, and Enterprise. The client pays the plan you selected (Pro, Dedicated, or Enterprise quote). Accepted work counts on their workspace, not yours.
No commission. No white-label reseller SKU. Sandbox is bounded: one project, low limits, no SLA, no paid add-ons until they accept.

Supabase-style transfer moves infrastructure between orgs. Client Handover keeps the database and endpoint in place and changes who owns billing. You stay Admin unless they remove you.
