• Can: propose models, fields, relations, and functions as a draft changeset (MCP / Console customize).
• Cannot: silently publish, self-approve destructive schema changes, or skip human review in Console.

Workflow

1. Idea — describe intent or clone a verified manifest
2. Schema — stage models into a draft
3. Review — inspect execution plan on Schema Changes
4. Publish — human approval only
5. API Ready — call generated GraphQL / REST
